Midnight Labs specializes in helping remote and hybrid teams reach their full potential. I had the honor to create the logo and branding for their services. It had to be exciting, playful, and bold but needed to be taken seriously as well. Quite a challenging briefing. The final concept for the logo is inspired by the phases of the moon and consists of 4 circles representing a digital ‘midnight’. Since the founders of Midnight Labs believe that the best ideas come at night, the center of the logo depicts stars that resemble that spark.
